These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and pk75. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pk75. We verify age at registration and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
Each player may hold one active pk75 account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited and bonuses cancelled without notice.
All bonuses offered by pk75 are subject to wagering requirements detailed in the specific bonus terms. Players must meet these requirements before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods only. pk75 may require KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. We target processing times of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. pk75 reports suspected fraud to relevant authorities.
pk75 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players. These tools are available immediately from your account dashboard at no cost.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the pk75 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk75 governing your use of the Platform.
2.2 By completing the registration process, ticking the acceptance checkbox, or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as they exist at the time of your use, including any subsequent amendments.
2.3 pk75 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. We will endeavour to notify registered Players of material changes via email or in-platform notice.
2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience purposes only, the English-language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
3.1 To be eligible to register an Account with pk75, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any balance.
3.3 pk75 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify the information you provided at registration. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document for address verification; and bank statements or payslips for source-of-funds verification where required.
3.4 pk75 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason for such refusal.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. pk75 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any other person, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk75 support immediately at [email protected]. pk75 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
4.4 pk75 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk75 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
5.1 pk75 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
5.2 All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk75 reserves the right to reverse any deposit received from a payment method not registered to the Account holder.
5.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is not technically feasible, in which case pk75 will use an alternative verified method. Withdrawals to unverified payment methods will not be processed.
5.4 pk75 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may be up to three banking business days, depending on the receiving institution.
5.5 Before processing any withdrawal, pk75 may require the completion of full KYC verification. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where KYC documentation has not been provided or is under review.
5.6 pk75 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis. Current applicable limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account dashboard.
6.1 pk75 may from time to time offer Bonuses to new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 6 and any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all pk75 Bonuses:
6.3 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to match-betting, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements, or the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in cancellation of all related Bonuses and may result in Account suspension.
7.1 All bets placed on the pk75 Platform are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and sport-specific betting rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail with respect to bet settlement.
7.2 pk75 reserves the right to void any bet placed:
7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and player Account status. pk75 reserves the right to adjust individual player bet limits at its discretion.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of any bet, the Player must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event concluding. pk75's decision on bet settlement matters shall, following review, be final and binding.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk75 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in criminal referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.2 pk75 employs advanced fraud detection systems that monitor all Platform activity in real time. Suspicious activity triggers an immediate security review, during which the Player's Account and associated funds may be frozen pending investigation.
9.1 All content on the pk75 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game mechanics, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk75 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The pk75 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of pk75. Unauthorised use of any pk75 trademark is strictly prohibited.
10.1 pk75 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the pk75 Privacy Policy.
10.2 pk75 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only where required by law, for the purpose of fraud prevention, or with service providers operating under strict data processing agreements who assist in delivering the Platform.
10.3 You have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team at [email protected].
11.1 pk75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide every registered Player with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the Account dashboard:
11.2 Once a self-exclusion or cooling-off period is activated, pk75 will not accept any request to reverse or shorten it for the duration of the selected period. This is a player-protection measure and cannot be overridden.
11.3 pk75 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years. We use age verification technology at registration and conduct enhanced due diligence where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a Player may be underage. Any Account found to belong to an underage Player will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk75 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
12.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pk75 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
12.3 pk75 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or third-party payment system outages.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pk75's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13.1 pk75 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to Player rights, withdrawal procedures, or bonus terms — we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-Platform notification.
13.2 For non-material amendments — such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or additions that do not reduce your existing rights — changes may take effect immediately upon publication.
13.3 The current version of these Terms & Conditions, with the last-updated date displayed prominently, will always be accessible via the footer of the pk75 Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pk75's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that gaming regulations may differ from those applicable in your country of residence.
14.2 In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform, you should in the first instance contact pk75 customer support at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint.
14.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with pk75, Players may escalate the matter through the applicable dispute resolution procedures associated with pk75's licensing authority.
14.4 Nothing in this Section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
